Athletics

Students in grades 5 - 8 have the opportunity to participate in the Parochial Athletic League (PAL), an after school sports program available to interested students. The PAL is composed of local Sacramento area Catholic schools. The PAL has adopted the mission of Play Like a Champion Today to promote both character development and athletic growth.

• Co-ed Cross Country (Gr. 4-8)

Winter Season

• Girls & Boys Basketball (Gr. 5-8)
• Girls & Boys Little Dribbler Basketball (Gr. 1-4)

Spring Season

• Co-ed Track & Field (Gr. 5-8)
• Co-ed Golf (Gr. 5-8)
• Boys Volleyball (Gr. 6-8)
• Girls Flag Football (Gr. 6-8)
